PRESSURE DILUTE PHASE

VACUUM DILUTE PHASE

Dilute phase vacuum conveying is a reliable and efficient method for transporting dry bulk materials over short to long distances. It involves using a vacuum blower/pump to create negative pressure within a pipeline, drawing the material into a stream of air for transport. This technique is particularly suitable for applications with multiple pickup points and a single destination, such as unloading railcars or collecting materials from various sources.

DENSE PHASE 

Dense phase conveying excels in transporting abrasive materials over long distances with high capacity. It employs a lower-velocity, high-pressure airstream to move materials in a denser phase, minimizing wear and tear on pipelines. This technique is ideal for preserving material integrity and reducing system degradation, especially with abrasive materials.

SEMI-DENSE PHASE

Semi-dense phase conveying, also known as dual-phase conveying, bridges the gap between dilute and dense phase conveying. It offers a balanced approach, combining moderate material density with efficient airflow. This technique is particularly useful for materials that are too abrasive or fragile for dilute phase conveying but don't require the high pressure of dense phase. It's also suitable for applications where both dense and dilute phase conveying are required within the same system.
