Type B Feeder is Created

SpiraFlo was born
SPRIA/flo pipe, an internally grooved aluminum and stainless steel pipe/tube designed to minimize angel hairs, streamers, and other material buildup cased by conveying plastic pellets. This innovative product quickly gained popularity among world renowned plastic producers who were impressed by its superior performance and durability
(predecessor of the extreme rotary valve) the Type B valve followed by the Type XL in 1964, started what would soon to be the signature Extreme Rotary Valve.
2004
Modification of the Modern Extreme Rotary Valve
Delta Ducon updated the Extreme rotary valve with advanced packing and sealing technology and improved wear resistance, enhancing its reliability and efficiency in handling abrasive materials.
2005
PowerGroup was created
Delta Ducon's Power Group offers advanced solutions for the power industry, including systems for ash handling, emission control, and material storage, utilizing technologies like Remote Submerged Scraper Conveyors, pneumatic conveying systems, and dry sorbent injection to meet environmental and operational needs.
2007
Emergence into dry sorbent injection industry
Delta Ducon's Dry Sorbent Injection systems are designed for industrial and power applications to meter and distribute dry sorbents into boilers, furnaces, and other reaction zones to control pollutants like SO2, SO3, HCl, and Mercury, ensuring reliable continuous operation.
2008
HD Rotary Valves Created
Delta Ducon introduces the HD Rotary Valve for moderately abrasive materials to support the injection market. The HD valve has evolved into “The Better Baghouse Valve”
2022
KG Diverter Valve Launched
The PERMA/flo KG Diverter Valve is made up of three modular parts. A PERMA/flo or PERMA/flo II Abrasion resistant 45 Degree lateral, Two neumatic actuated knife gate valves with stainless steel bodies and gate and either Coupled or flanged ends.
